Whenever there is a plot update, rule change, in character or out of character event taking place, you will be notified. All news and announcements regarding the site can be found in here, so please check back regularly to ensure you are up to speed.

In here, you'll find sign ups such as the face claim, crew quarters sign up, member index and whatever else that you may need to jot your character's name down for. After acceptance, make sure you stop by in here and get everything ready to go.

If you are in need of a specific character for a plot or just for fun, post in here. This can include family members, lovers, an arch nemesis, or a best friend. Keep in mind that this is for requesting one particular character (or a particular group) rather than a general plotting area.

Keep track of what character is currently threading with who, where, and when. These are really helpful for figuring out the chronological order of your threads if you happen to be in several different ones at once.

Sick bay features an examination room, a nursery, and a medical lab. Whether you are in for a routine check-up or a serious ailment, you can be sure you're in a top notch facility with some of the best doctors around. It also houses the chief medical officer's office, and the counseling room and office is nearby as well. During combat, sickbay is considered the safest place to be.

This is where the ship's warp is controlled. All thrust and power systems are primarily controlled from this site as well, and it is also where the dilithium crystal reactor is located. Long story short, this room is where trained engineers make sure the ship is running smoothly and efficiently.

The transporter systems allow for personnel or equipment to be transported over large distances, such as from a planet or another ship. There are six different transporter pads, from which someone or something can be "beamed" to another surface. For many guests aboard the Enterprise, this is the first room they see, and as such, it is usually very well kept.

While enlisted men aboard the Enterprise are housed two per room with a small living area, the officer's have a little easier. Each officer's room features a sleeping area and a work area with a desk. Each room may be configured to the personal preference of the officer.

When the crew is off duty, there are six different recreation rooms for them to choose from to spend their time in. The rooms include an arboretum, gymnasium, a bowling alley, a theater, and a chapel. There is also an officer's lounge.

Discovery is a large part of the five year mission, and as such, the Enterprise is equipped with state of the art science research laboratories. The Science Officer oversees everything that takes place inside, but the majority of people in here are scientists assisting him.

Occasionally, the current Captain of the Enterprise will call some of his officers into the conference room for a routine meeting, or to discuss a situation. The room features a viewing screen and a long table down the center with chairs on either side.

Need to get from one deck to another? Never fear! The turbolifts are designed for just that, whether you need to go up, down, or even sideways. Unless, that is, they break down, at which point you can either climb your way out or wait for maintenance.

If you've already got the ending to a personal plot figured out for your character, but just can't wait for it to get there, go right ahead and thread it all out in here. Please do not post site-wide plot events here, however.
